CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE/ NO-SHOW POLICY A confirmation and reminder email and text is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment and also at 24 hours prior to your appointment giving ample time to reschedule if needed. If you do not show up to your appointment, or you need to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. To avoid being charged, be sure to reschedule outside the 24-hour window leading up to your appointment. In most cases, not showing up to your scheduled appointment will likely result not being able to book future appointments at Navia Lashes. ​ Late Cancellation fee must be paid through business Venmo to @navialashes or at your next appointment. ​ Please arrive on time with clean lashes and wait to drink caffeinated beverages until after your appointment to avoid jittery eyes. NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT I require a $50 deposit for fills and $100 for full sets for all first time new clients. This may be payed through Venmo @navialashes LATE POLICY If you are 10 minutes late you must rebook your appointment and pay 50% of the cost of service. I need the entire appointment time to do my best work. ​ 30 minute fills are strictly for lashes that have been filled no more than 7 days ago. ​ NO GUEST POLICY If your guest can wait quietly they may come to your appointment.
